Karonmajigi Comprehensive Health Centre (KCHC), established in 2014, is a community-based health facility initiated by the Jose-Kings & Friends Care Foundation ,a registered NGO founded in 2012 with a mission to serve humanity and bridge critical gaps in health and social support services, especially for underserved communities. Recognizing the urgent need for accessible medical care for economically disadvantaged individuals, the Foundation created KCHC to reduce healthcare barriers and serve as a hub for health interventions in Karonmajigi and its environs. Rooted in compassion and a vision for improved livelihoods, the Foundation’s mission is driven by key objectives: providing comprehensive and compassionate care to the vulnerable; supporting orphans, widows, and the less privileged; promoting public health through outreach and preventive programs; empowering marginalized groups through advocacy; building capacity via mentorship and vocational training; collaborating with local, national, and international partners; and standardizing health services by promoting best practices in healthcare delivery. KCHC exists to provide timely, holistic, and affordable medical services—bypassing bureaucratic hurdles—ensuring that quality care is accessible to all, especially those most in need.
